Ingredients:
- 1 lb Pasta
- 16 oz Mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos or Braggs
- 1 Sweet Onion (chopped)
- 1 cup Cashews
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 Lemon
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
Directions:
- Cook Pasta according to directions
- Meanwhile in a Vitamix, blend Cashews into a coarse powder
- Add Milk, Garlic, Juice of Lemon & Seasonings
- Blend for 6 minutes
- Meanwhile in a large non-stick, frying pan, sautee Mushrooms & Onions in Coconut Aminos until caramelized
- Combine Pasta, Sauce, Mushrooms & Onions
