Yields: 6-8 sandwiches
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free
Ingredients:
- 1 15 oz. can Chickpeas (rinsed & drained)
- 1 Pickle (chopped)
- 1/3 cup chopped Sweet Onion
- 3 tbsp. Vegenaise (vegan mayo)
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp. Mustard
- 1 tsp. Braggs
- 1 tsp. Kelp
Directions:
- Mash Chickpeas using a potato masher until all Chickpeas are smashed
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl
- Allow to chill in the fridge before spreading onto toasted Whole Wheat Bread
