Ingredients:
- 6 oz Firm Tofu
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1/3 cup Cashews
- 3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Whole Flax Seed
- 1 tbsp White Miso
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- Pinch of Nutmeg
- Black pepper to taste
- Place all the ingredients in a Vitamix and blend for 6 minutes

Pair with 1 pound whole wheat pasta or an array of veggies.
