Ingredients:
- 2 Sweet Potatoes (peeled)
- 1 tbsp Honey/Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- Using a Mandolin on the thinnest setting, cut Potatoes into chips
- Place Chips into a large Ziploc bag with Honey/Maple Syrup & Seasonings
- Toss to coat
- Line the glass turntable of your microwave with parchment paper
- Spread Chips out (do not overlap)
- Microwave for 8 minutes or until crispy
