BBQ Cauliflower Wings
Serves: 2
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free
Ingredients:
- 1 small-medium head of Cauliflower
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup plain Almond Milk
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
- 1 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Sea Salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Cut Cauliflower into large "wing size" pieces
- In a shallow dish whisk together Flour, Yeast & Seasonings
- Mix in Almond Milk & Liquid Smoke, add water if too thick
- Dredge Cauliflower through mixture, shake off excess
- Spread out "wings" on a parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake for 18 minutes
- Pour BBQ Sauce over "wings" to coat
- Bake an additional 9 minutes
