Yields: 4 1/2 cups
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free
Ingredient:
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup Nutritional Yeast
- 2 cups Veggie Broth
- 2 cups plain Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
- 3 tsp Poultry Seasoning
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Directions:
- In a medium pot over medium-low heat, whisk together Flour & Nutritional Yeast for about 3 minutes to remove raw flavor of the Flour
- Slowly whisk in Veggie Broth & Almond Milk
- Whisk in Braggs & Seasonings
- Bring Gravy to a low boil, reduce heat to a simmer & allow to thicken
