Hoff Hitt: Cilantro & Toxins
Eat raw Cilantro to help the body rid itself of toxins, such as Mercury! Cilantro is also an anti-inflammatory - double bonus!
I add raw Cilantro to home-made
hummus
& spaghetti sauce! Or create a Pesto using Cilantro instead of Basil.
