Serves: 2 hefty portions
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 2 1/2 cups Veggie Broth
- 1/2 cup Lentils
- 1/2 cup Orzo
- 1 bunch Bok Choy (chopped)
- 1 can diced Potatoes (rinsed & drained)
- Bragg Liquid Amino or Soy Sauce - season to taste
- Sea Salt - season to taste
- Cumin - season to taste
Directions:
- Sautée Onions until soft
- Add Garlic & sautée briefly
- Add Broth and bring to boil
- Add Lentils, Orzo, Bok Choy and Potatoes
- Cook for 20 minutes
- Stir occasionally to check liquid level, add broth as needed
- Season with Braggs, Sea Salt & Cumin
- Dig in!
