Stop eating three hours before you plan to hit the sack.
This will give your body enough time to digest whatever is in your tummy and turns it's attention to more important things: repair & rejuvenation.
You see, your body has a long, long, long laundry list of chores to accomplish before you rise & shine: muscle, tissue (your skin!) & cell repair, memory enhancement, regulating metabolism (I'm not getting in the way of that one), releasing hormones, etc. And it really, really wants 8 hours to get all those things done.
So cut your body some slack - stop with the late night snacking!
