- 3 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
- 1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 4 tbsp Baking Powder (aluminum free)
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Salt
Batter:
- 1 Cup Mix
- 3/4 cup "Milk"
- 1/2 cup Apple Sauce (individual sauce cup)
- 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries (optional)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds (optional)
Batter Makes: 8-10 pancakes
