dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Sugar/1 Stevia Packet
- 1 tsp Cacao Powder
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Almond Milk
- Sea Salt
Directions:
- Mix all the dry ingredients together & then add the Milk
- Allow to sit for at least 15 minutes
- Enjoy!
My2Cents: Don't expect a smooth pudding, the Chia Seeds will plump up and resemble tapioca with a slight crunch. It's a unique experience, but one worth having due to all the benefits of the Chia Seed! Chia seeds are a great natural detoxifier. Mixing the dry ingredients together first helps with the Cacao powder to be absorbed by the milk. Allowing this pudding to set-up in the frig over night is even better!
