Yields: 2 cups
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of Water
- 1 cup of Jasmine Rice
- 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- Sea Salt
Directions:
- Bring Water & Seasonings to a boil
- Stir in Rice, cover, reduce to simmer
- Cook for 15 minutes
- Fluff & Serve!
My2Cents: I was going for cheesy rice with this one, but it ended up tasting like butter instead. No worries, equally as good!
