Help From My Friends

The other night, I got a little help from my friends for dinner - my friendly grocer to be exact.  I frequent a family-run farmer's market type grocery store and noticed recently in their prepared foods case, a mouthwatering variety of grilled veggies all ready to go!

I chopped the veggies even further and mixed them into a batch of Hoff's Buttery Rice to heat through.  Dinner was done in 15 minutes - only one pot to clean!
