I'm super excited to announce that I have been invited to be a guest lecturer for the No Oil Vegan, Dr. Esselstyn's & Rip's E2 Diet NE Ohio Meetup Group at their monthly Vegan, No Oil Dinner at Sushi Rock!
Dinner and a lecture, what more could you want?
This event is open to all Healthy Hoff followers as well!
I will be giving a lecture on Sprouts & Sprouting! Trust me, this is exciting stuff!
During this talk, you will learn:
- What a Sprout is
- Why you want to eat Sprouts
- How to use Sprouts
- Where to find Sprouts
- How to grow Sprouts
Dinner will consist of:
- Soup
- Choice of Two Salads with dressing
- Build your own Tofu Wraps with a variety of vegetable options
- Large and succulent cucumber and brown rice rolls
- Steamed brown rice with steamed vegetables
- Fruit Sticks for Dessert
- Choice of Hot or Iced Tea
More importantly, everything will be buffet style, vegan and no-oil - just how I like it!
When: Tuesday, May 1, 2012
Where: Sushi Rock: 2101 Richmond Rd # G1, Beachwood, OH
Time: 7:00pm - 9:00pm
Cost: $18 (*does not include tip or gratuity)
