Hoff's Chickzo

This makes a quick, simple side dish!


Hoff's Chickzo
Serves: 2
meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free
 

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Orzo
  • 15oz can of Chick Peas (rinsed & drained)
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • Mustard

Directions:
  1. Bring a pot of water to boil
  2. Add Orzo & cook for 8-9 minutes
  3. Meanwhile, in a small jar combine Aminos & Mustard
  4. Drain & return to pot
  5. Add Chick Peas, Sauce, sprinkle with Nutritional Yeast
  6. Warm through & serve!
