meat-free, dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free
Ingredients:
- 1 Whole Wheat Wrap
- Hummus
- Red Onion (sliced or diced)
- Black Beans
- Corn
- Greens (romaine, spring mix, spinach, etc.)
- Fresh Cilantro
- Mustard or Salsa
Directions:
- Spread Hummus on Wrap
- Layer on Black Beans, Corn, Onion, Cilantro & Greens
- Add Mustard or Salsa to flavor
- Roll & Eat!
My2Cents: I combine one can of Black Beans & one can of Corn and store in the fridge for up to a week to have ready for these wraps. Think of the Hummus as glue for the Black Beans & Corn to prevent their escape during rolling. The Cilantro adds a little kick & a little extra greens to this wrap! Um yeah, if you taste "soap," you don't like Cilantro - skip it!
