Yields: About 4-5 cups
dairy-free, egg-free, oil-free, soy-free
Ingredients:
- 2 boxes Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
- 2 cups Milk Substitute (I use Almond Milk)
- 1 - 15oz can 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 1/2 tsp Salt (optional)
Directions:
- Whisk together Vanilla Pudding Mix and Milk
- Fold in Pumpkin and Seasonings
- Allow to set in Frig
My 2 Cents:
- Top with some crumbled graham crackers for the ultimate pumpkin pie in a cup treat!
- Tastes even better the next day
