The uniqueness and spirit of each market will get you in the mood to hit local markets to discover what treasures you may find. I swear that the narrator is Michael Stern (Roadfood.com) from The Splendid Table (I could be wrong, but I don’t think so). For the record, the only Farmer’s Market in America where you can buy a whole pig, is my very own West Side Market in Cleveland, Ohio! (should I be proud of this?)
